Shaun left small town Saskatchewan for the bright lights of Edmonton in the summer of 1990. After trying out a few areas in the city, he chose the north side in 1998. Shaun and his wife raised two (almost) grown sons on the north end and, in doing so, he witnessed the tremendous growth that transformed that area of the city into a hub of opportunity. And over the course of his successful career so far, he has become very familiar with the fantastic communities and opportunities Edmonton and the surrounding areas provide. This includes detailed knowledge of schools, sports associations, community events, and entertainment in addition to property types and values, pricing, zoning, transportation, taxation, and other building requirements. He is a proud and dedicated fan of the Oilers and Eskimos and simply loves this City and all it has to offer.
Shaun obtained his Business Management Diploma from the University of Alberta and spent over 20 years in Customer Service and sales environments. This has given him crucial opportunities to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to truly understand and help clients satisfy their needs. Although Shaun's clients truly appreciate his expertise and professional assistance, they appreciate HIM even more. Whether new home buyers, seniors, or investors, many of his clients have become Shaun's friends.
